STANDING WITH
Families and Seniors
Soaring prices and high taxes are placing a burden on all
of us ā especially young families and retirees. Angela voted to repeal the state income tax on Social Security and to reduce income, sales, and property taxes, and she supports fixing our broken appraisal system.
SOUND
Fiscal Management
In her public service, Angela has successfully fought for responsible budgets that save for a rainy day and prioritize spending on core needs such as roads and pipes, police and fire, and K-12 education.
ACCESS TO AFFORDABLE
Health Care
With a career in the healthcare field, Angela is a champion of promoting access to quality, affordable care by improving Medicaid and giving consumers more choices and price transparency so costs are known up front.
EXCELLENCE IN
Education
Angela supports student-focused education by listening to parents and providing teachers the resources they need. She voted to fully fund our schools, add millions to special education, and ensure growing school districts get the right level of funding to match their enrollment.
UPHOLDING THE
Rule of Law
As a councilwoman, Angela has voted to increase funding to police and fire. In Topeka, she has voted to provide more tools to law enforcement, secure the border, and stop the flow of fentanyl into our state.
